We need food, non-food and community resource-based vendors to share their stuff!
Food Vendor: $75 for 10×10 space -(Add $30 for 10×20 booth space or for full truck/trailer space)- 5% of sales paid to event at end of day.
Non-food Vendor:$50 for 10×10 space -(Add $30 for 10×20 booth space)- 5% of sales paid to event at end of day.
Community resource/non-profit: $30 for 10×10 space -(Add $30 for 10×20 booth space)

Terms & Conditions
FEES:Payment in full must be received with your registration. Payments in full received on or before July1st. (late registrants may or may not be accepted)
CANCELLATIONS: No refund-policy. Emergency cancellations may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
HOURS:Vendors are required to be open for business from 11am to 7pm on Saturday July 27th, 2019.
CHECK-IN/SET-UP: Check-in starting at 7:30 am on July 27th. All vendors must be on-site by 8:30am and fully set up by 10:30am. Space location and site-access instruction will be provided prior to event.
CLEAN-UP and TEAR DOWN: Pack in and out the same day of event. No tear down prior to Festival closing (7 pm). Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their space and removal of trash during and after the Festival. All vendors must be off premises by 10:00pm
SALES TAX:All participants are responsible for documenting their sales and paying Idaho State Sales Tax. Vendors must show proof of sales to the event organizers to determine their 5% of sales to be paid to the event. All participants must complete Idaho State Tax Form ST-124 Sales Tax Declaration and submit it to event organizers on the day of event.
BUSINESS STRUCTURES:Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, shade covers, lights, ice, etc. Vendors must indicate if they need power or water for their booth upon registration. Electric hook-ups are limited.
PRODUCT: Vendors may only sell what the Festival has approved in advance during the registration process. Offensive materials (ie: Ethnically or racially offensive) may not be sold or displayed at the festival. Failure to comply with this policy will result in termination from the festival. All merchandise and signage must be contained within, or attached to, your booth.
PARK RULES & FINES:•There is NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS AT ANY TIME FOR ANYREASON. Everyone must obey the posted parking and loading zone signs and only park in designated areas. A map will be sent prior to event with festival participant details and placement.
The Parks prohibit all staking of canopies. They may be weighted with sand or water, but no stakes are allowed in the ground
SECURITY:Security will be provided for the event. Notwithstanding, this is not meant as a guarantee. KYMfest, For You Network, Inc, their sponsors, volunteers, and participants are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury to any person or property.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:By submitting theregistration form and payment, parties agree that KYMfest 2019 is scheduled to be open regardless of high heat, rain or any other weather condition and no refunds will be available for cancellations due to weather.
ANIMALS:Although pets on leashes are allowed into the parks, vendors are prohibited from bringing pets on leashes to the event due to liability issues. KYMfest is held during very hot weather and bringing a pet to an all-day outside event is not ideal for them. Service animals are welcome.
COMPLIANCE:All vendors agree to be in compliance with all the rules and laws of the Nampa Parks & Recreation Department, The City of Nampa, The State of Idaho and all applicable federal laws.
